If you love Granola like me and you are a chocoholic, then here’s your fix.
Are you a Granola Lover like me?
I’m always in search for the perfect mix and texture. I like Granola nutty and cosy in taste, definitely organic and even more important: refined sugar free.
150g grounded almonds
50g grounded coconut
2 well heaped teaspoons cacao, unsweetened
100 ml maple sirup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon grounded vanilla
50g dark almond butter
Optional: puffed quinoa
Pre heat the oven to 170 degrees Celcius (circulating air).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined, evenly spread them on a tray and put them into the oven for about 25 min. until nicely brown.
Let cool down and store it in a storage jar. If you like you can add some puffed quinoa.
I love Granola as a topping for my smoothie bowl or oats. But it’s also perfect simply with fresh fruit and yoghurt. Have you tried?
