Autumn Reset & Rebalance
The 4-weeks coaching program is like a retreat that you do in the comfort of your own home. All you need to do is to schedule yourself that weekly me-time and commit to go all in.
Here's what you can expect each week...
Each week we will introduce and share a specific theme. The sequence of the themes follows a proven framework to ensure your progress week by week.
In accordance with the weekly themes you will get coaching worksheets with exercises and reflection prompts to dive deeper into each topic.
You will be part of a private Facebook community, where you can ask questions, share your thoughts, reflections and actions. This will help you to hold yourself accountable.
Breathwork & Meditation
During the program you will get to know breathwork and meditation tools. As a BONUS there will be a separate 30 min. breathwork and meditation practice.

Priorities & Goals
During the first module you will be guided to tune-in with yourself and get clear about what you are craving, what you need to prioritise and what you want to get out of the programme. You will gain greater clarity and have first action steps.
Mindset & Motivation
In the second module we will tap into your mindset and motivation. What are things that are holding you back to do the things you desperately wanna do? You will also learn some practical tools to hack your motivation.
During this module we will discuss what makes a new habit sustainable. You will ditch your all-or-nothing mindset and replace it with self-compassion.
In the last module we will bring it all together through mindfulness. This will help you to get ready for the upcoming holiday season where most of us are very likely to throw all their good intentions overboard.

Meet your coach
Hi, I'm Michèle
I’m a holistic Health & Well-being Coach, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher, a self-confessed foodie, an eternal optimist, sun chaser and a self-love cheerleader, dedicated to helping you become your healthiest and happiest you.
My motto is "From Busy to Balanced". I support those who are constantly busy with everyone else's s*** to create more balance for themselves and to make sustainable shifts in their lifestyle and behaviours.
My mission is to create a community around healthy and sustainable living so we can cheer for each other and together create a ripple effect in the world. I truly believe in a holistic approach to health and well-being, that nourishes mind, body and soul.
I wasn't always on that path to health and well-being...
Based on my own experience I can say, well-being is a very individual journey. Everybody is different, what’s good for one person may not work for the other. What worked for you yesterday may not work for you tomorrow. That's why quick fixes and google searches for the latest eating and exercising trends don't work.
To really make it sustainable: You have to do it your own way. And you may need support along the way.
I managed to escape the daily hustle and bustle, get out of the hamster wheel and transitioned into a life that is balanced and aligned with my purpose. Having lived with a chronic disease for more than 25 years and having lead teams for 15 years in the corporate world I know what it takes to turn it around for yourself and go all-in on your own well-being.
I love to travel and explore what the world and life have to offer. I’m a savourer. Life is too beautiful to waste any minute of it feeling stuck, overwhelmed, exhausted or frustrated.
And I want this for you too.

Practices like breathwork, meditations or reflection exercises will help you to embody what you are learning firsthand.
Exercises and reflections will encourage your personal development. This will help you to uncover and shift blockages or limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
You’ll be invited to share your insights, ask questions and get support in ways that expand the growth of the group.
