Terms + Conditions

By booking and participating in a class, program, or event by BeWell by Michèle, the participant accepts these terms and conditions, including the disclaimer in full.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for the booked services must be made in advance and is due upon booking the program, event, or class.

CANCELLATION + REBOOKING

Cancellations or rebookings of individually booked classes or sessions within a program must be made by the client 24 hours before the scheduled date. Otherwise, the booked service will be charged in full, and there is no entitlement to a refund of the fee or to an alternative date. Group classes and events are fixed and cannot be postponed/replaced. Exceptions to this rule within a program may be granted at the discretion of the coach and under special circumstances. Individual and group sessions start at the planned time and end after the specified time. 

REFUNDS

A refund is possible up to 24 hours after purchasing a program. Refund requests must be sent by email to [email protected]. After 24 hours, refunds are excluded unless a separate agreement for the program is made (e.g. 100% satisfaction guarantee). In case of program cancellation by the coach, only the pro-rata amount for the services already provided will be due.

MESSAGING SUPPORT

If private messaging support, e.g. via WhatsApp, is included in the service, these terms of use apply equally to this channel. Participants can ask their topic specific questions 24/7 via text message or voice message, and the coach will answer them as soon as possible to the best of their knowledge and belief. Additionally, the use is subject to the terms of service of the respective messenger service, e.g. WhatsApp. BeWell by Michèle has no authority or control over this and cannot predict any changes or rules of the respective provider. BeWell by Michèle is not liable for the provision of the messenger service to the participants or for their rights to access it. Additionally, the coach can set community rules and guidelines for the group or private support, to which the participants agree to adhere.

COPYRIGHT

All provided materials and content are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for purposes other than personal coaching without the explicit written consent of BeWell by Michèle.

DATA PROTECTION

Of course, the data of all our clients is treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purposes of the respective service. Data is only shared with third parties with the explicit consent of the customer or if legally required.

APPLICABLE LAW

In case of disputes, Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.


Disclaimer for Breathwork + Yoga + Coaching

SELF-RESPONSIBILITY

By participating in a breathwork or yoga class, a program or any event (online or in person), I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my physical and mental health. I will perform the exercises to the best of my knowledge and within my physical capabilities, and I am responsible for creating my own results. 

HEALTH RESTRICTIONS

I have informed the course instructor about any health restrictions, injuries, or ailments. If there are health concerns, I will seek advice from a doctor before participating in the classes.

NO MEDICAL SUBSTITUTE

Breathwork and yoga classes or coaching are not a replacement for medical treatments, diagnoses, or therapies. For any health issues or ailments, a doctor should always be consulted.

Pregnancy

If I am pregnant, I will inform the course instructor and seek advice from a doctor in advance about whether and to what extent I can participate in the lessons.

Risks

I am aware that injuries can occur during instruction, and I participate in the lessons at my own risk.

All sessions at BeWell by Michèle are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It's essential to listen to one's body and only perform exercises or practices as long as they are safe and appropriate.

The coach is a mentor and guide, trained in holistic health coaching, breathwork and yoga to help people achieve their health and well-being goals. Her advice is not meant to replace the guidance of a medical doctor or psychologist.
