Simple steps to prepare for your class

Here's some tips how to prepare for your best experience. Because I want you to fully enjoy the experience and make the most of it. 

Find your space: Choose a quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed, you can fully relax and focus on your breath.

Comfort is key: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe deeply and move freely. You might also want to have a blanket or ecushion nearby for added comfort.

Bring a mat: If you have a yoga mat, lay it out. If not, a soft rug or towel will work just fine. This will give you a supportive surface to sit or lie on.

Set the mood: Feel free to dim the lights or light a candle to create a balanced athmosphere. Whatever helps you feel at ease.

Have water nearby: It’s always a good idea to stay hydrated.

Tech check: Make sure your device is fully charged and that your internet connection is stable. You might also want to use headphones for a more immersive experience.

Bring a journal: If you like, bring something to write to capture your thoughts and reflections after class. Reflective journaling enhances your self-awareness, helping you connect more deeply with your experiences and insights.

Open mind, open heart: It's recommended to not eat anything about 1 hour before class. Come with an open mind and be ready to explore your breath. This is your time to connect with yourself, so approach it with curiosity and kindness.
