This homemade 5-minute yogurt ice-cream is gonna be your favourite snack all summer long.
I've always been a huge fan of Froyo, until I found out how much added sugar it contains. This super yummy version is sweetened with honey and there's nothing in it that you don't know.
300g greek yogurt
3 teaspoons honey
fruits (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
chopped dark chocolate (I used 90% cocoa chocolate)
chopped nuts (e.g. almonds, cashews, coconut)
Mix the greek yogurt with the honey and spread thinly on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper. Then add the toppings. Be creative and play around with it. Once finished just put the tray in the freezer and freeze min. 4-5 hours. When you take it out you can cut it or break it into small junks. And tataaaa, ready to enjoy.
I just add on top whatever I have at home. Instead of fresh fruits you can also use frozen fruits, additionally to the chocolate you can add nut butter or granola. Be as minimalistic or decadent as you wish. About the yogurt base: I personally like the "real" yogurt taste. But you can also try a plant-based version with coconut yogurt.
