Think of this 4-week coaching program like a retreat that you do in the comfort of your own home. Schedule yourself this weekly me-time and commit to going all in.

Here's what you can expect each week

Weekly
Themes

Each week we will introduce and go deep into a specific theme. The sequence of the themes follows a proven structure to ensure your progress week by week. 

Coaching
Workbooks

Matching the weekly themes you will get coaching workbooks with exercises and reflection prompts to dive deeper into each topic. You can use these during the program and also anytime after. 

Breathwork + Meditation

During the program, you will get to know and experience breathwork and meditation tools. As a BONUS there will be a separate 30 min. breathwork and meditation practice.

Private
Community

You have the option to be part of a private Voxer community (text & voice message) where you can ask questions, share your thoughts, reflections and actions. This will help you to hold yourself accountable and foster deeper integration.

Here's what you'll learn in the 4 modules

Everything you need to hit reset on your well-being

Module 1

Your vision + priorities

During this first module, you will be guided to get out of your head and feel into your body, to tune in with your intuition. This will help you to get clear about your well-being needs, identify your goals for the program and beyond, and to set your priorities for our time together. You will gain greater clarity and have the first action steps. 

Module 2

Your daily rituals

In the second module, you will create your unique daily well-being ritual - that benefits you, that fits into your life, and that you enjoy. You will learn how to create healthy habits in a way that is effective and sustainable and overcome distractions that may get in the way. 

Module 3

Let it go!

Spring is the time to clear out what doesn’t serve us anymore. Most of us tend to hold on too much, physically, mentally, or emotionally. This week you will sharpen your awareness about what is not serving you anymore and will learn how to let go of things that create tension in your life. 

Module 4

Your relationship with yourself

In this last module, you will tap into the relationship you have with yourself. You will learn how greater self-acceptance and self-compassion will lead to more balance in your life and get to know ways to cultivate a more positive and fulfilling relationship with yourself.

  • The classes will be held by our partner the wonderful Sarah Malär from Yoga Trapeze Zurich
  • The classes will be live via Zoom, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. 
Thrive Package

Private Coaching

  • If you wanna take it further you can get a special extension inteo 1:1 coaching with Michèle. 
  • In the 'Thrive' package, you will get additional 2 weeks of private messaging support with Michèle and 2x60 min. 1:1 coaching. 
  • These highly individual private online coaching sessions will be uniquely tailored to you and your needs and will support you to go deeper or address additional goals. 
  • You can benefit from your private coaching until early July.

Hi, I'm Michèle 

I help you to shift from Busy to Balanced.

As a former corporate executive turned holistic well-being entrepreneur I absolutely know the challenge of juggling it all: Managing the responsibilities of being a leader, your family, friends, and 'life' in general in today's fast-paced world can be difficult. Sooner than you know you find yourself caught in a hamster wheel, feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and fatigued with no time at all for 'yourself'.

But it doesn't have to be that way, there is another way: I firmly believe you can only align your life from the inside instead of following someone else's plan. That's why I help my clients through holistic well-being and life coaching in combination with somatic practices like breathwork and meditation to tune in with their innate wisdom and take aligned action to make sustainable shifts in their lives. 

My mission is to help you feel freakin' good about yourself and your choices, and thrive. Because I know you can! 

You don't need to overhaul your whole life to see results, that's why I'm so excited to bring this program to life and help you create a different reality for yourself.

I firmly believe that our growth is a by-product of our experiences. You’ll be invited to share your insights, ask questions and get support in ways that expand the growth of the group.
