What is Health Coaching?

As a Health Coach I am your personal well-being cheerleader, self-care advocate, guide and partner. Health Coaching will help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your overall health and well-being by helping you look into different areas of your life and figure out where there might be imbalances. If one area is out of balance, it’s likely others are as well.

Someone who isn’t very physically active may also be highly stressed, not sleeping or eating well. Combined, it can feel overwhelming.

As a health coach I help you discover where to start and explore making small changes that grow over time.

I support you in creating sustainable change: I guide you in putting the pieces together for yourself, to figure out your unique way in how to make changes that work for your life and needs, that last for the future.

At BeWell by Michèle we practice a holistic approach to health and well-being, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected.

We integrate Mindfulness, Nutrition, Movement and Self-Love to help you find your unique way to create balance in your life. You will learn powerful tools that will help you now and in the future.

We will help you re-align your life from the inside-out:
By listening to your body and your intuition you will be empowered to make better and healthier choices that align with your personal life and needs in any given moment. We will go deep into the root causes of imbalances, allowing you to slow down, tune in with yourself and explore your ‘Why behind the Why‘.

We offer coaching in English and German language, online and in-person.

Create your Vision

Creating your Vision is the foundation of coaching at BeWell by Michèle. What do you really like to feel, have, do, be and experience?

I will guide you to create an inspiring Vision for your health, well-being and life.

This will help you to stay focused along the way and will translate into new ideas, inspiration, action and finally transformation.

Define specific Goals

Setting Goals helps you to break down your vision into tangible objectives. It helps guide your focus, trigger new behaviours and sustain momentum on your journey.

Together we will work on your individual health Goals within reasonable time frames and explore actionable tools and objectives, so you know exactly what you’re working towards.

And most importantly: we will celebrate you every step all along the way!

Establish a mindset of Self-Love

When it comes to your personal development your mindset has the power to keep you stuck or to spin you forward. This is why working on the relationship we have with ourselves is a key element of the BeWell by Michèle coaching approach.

We genuinely believe in Self-Love. It means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. It means not to settle for anything less than you deserve.

Leverage the power of Mindfulness

Mindfulness in its purest form means being fully present to what’s happening in this moment. There are different Mindfulness practices that have the power to help us refrain from judging ourselves and others, reduce stress or overwhelm and also strengthen our connection to ourselves, spark creativity and innovation.

With this capacity Mindfulness is one of the best ways to shape our future. Practicing daily conscious breathing or having a journaling routine can make a massive difference for our nervous system, our emotions, motivation and our overall well-being.

Integrate Movement into your lifestyle

Our lifestyle is the sum of all the small daily choices we make. Small changes lead to improved outcomes and over time can sustainably improve our overall health and happiness.

An active lifestyle is often associated with physical health. But regular Movement has a far bigger impact on our overall well-being, as it improves our mood, our quality of sleep and just overall our mental and emotional health.

Indulge yourself in healthy Nutrition

What is healthy food? We believe that this is very individual and differs from person to person. What might be good for one person can be bad for another. However, food is not about the calories we eat. It’s about the quality of the calories. We are what we eat. Literally.

Our food makes our blood, makes our cells, and gets us going. No need to argue the impact it has on our overall physical, mental and emotional health and how our Nutrition has the ability to transform our overall well-being.

Personal Health Coaching
(3 or 6 Month Program)

There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to individual health and well-being. Everone's unique and different. What works for one person may not work for the other. What worked for you yesterday, may not work for you tomorrow. During our time together, I will guide you to find a way, that addresses your goals and needs and fits into your unique lifestyle.

The Personal Health Coaching Program is uniquely tailored to you and your needs. We will work closely together and establish the topics and flow of each individual session. You will learn powerful tools that will help you now and in the future.

Does stress in your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat?
Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health and well-being as a whole.

In my practice I create a safe and supportive space and guide you to become more connected with yourself so you can find your own unique way and implement healthy habits that fit into where you are right now in your life and enable sustainable shifts that last for the future.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Connect the dots between where you are and where you want to be
  • Decipher your body’s unique needs
  • Coaching and support to make the lifestyle and dietary changes you desire
  • Guidance to take tangible steps towards your goals
